ensuite bedrooms, excellent bus service, lovely view of beach
Parking is a hassle!!! Having to find a spot ten minutes away while it's pouring rain isn’t ideal. The bathroom layout could be a lot more practical with separate facilities, and I could have done without the noise from the road!!!

I was excited for my stay but had no idea I'd be subjected to an outdated shower room, small enough to practically bathe my cat, and only to find out the wifi was down for a whole day. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but alas, standard was the new luxury here. Too bad, almost thought of praising it.

It was just a commendable fit for strolling in Saint Helier with all in all brilliant value for money. The breakfast was substantial, but the bacon could use a little more love in the cooking department. Make sure to arrive early if you want decent parking nearby.

Highly recommend for relaxing getaway
The breakfast choices were fantastic, my favorite was the full English one, they had everything. The sea views from my room were stunning, waking up and looking out at the beach was magical.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still reasonable for what you get.

had an amazin stay at de l'etang, the location is perfect right across from the beach and just a short walk to the town center. our room was clean, comfy, and had a lovely view which made waking up great. breakfast was really good, loved the full english and loads of options. john and rebecca were super friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. the vibe was super chill and had a homely feel.
only downside was the lack of a lift, carryin our bags up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. also, could be hard to find parking nearby.

Just spent 6 nights at De L’Etang in Saint Helier. The room with a sea view was bright and welcoming. Waking up to the beach view each morning was truly magical. I loved the clean and spacious atmosphere. The hosts John and Rebecca really know how to make you feel at home. Breakfast was consistently generous, with a wide selection, especially the full English. it fueled us for the day. Dinner in the Taverna was nothing short of amazing, especially the moussaka! On the downside, the bathroom layout could use a bit of work. Having the sink outside the shower and toilet felt cramped. Parking was also a challenge. it took some time to find a spot nearby. Despite these issues, the excellent food and hospitality made up for it.

Chill vibes and comfy beds
Just wrapped up 4 nights here and it was pretty solid. The location's ace, right near the beach! My single room was small but had a super comfy bed and yummy breakfast each morning. Only bummer was that the bathroom was kinda cramped. Enjoyed hanging out in the lounge bar with some drinks after a long day.

Just a decent option for a flash stay in Saint Helier with good price-value balance. The view from my room was amazing, and it made mornings feel special. Bring your own toast to breakfast to avoid undercooked bread.
